Through the concessionaire Transmisora ​​Eléctrica del Sur 3 S.A.C (TESUR 3), we reaffirm our commitment to the development of the communities where we operate. The "Casitas" social responsibility program provides children in the Buena Vista community, located in the department of Tacna, with a safe place to grow, learn, and dream in the face of their parents' partial or total absence due to work. In partnership with the ODP Jesuitas del Perú organization, we strengthen learning for school-aged children, transforming lives for a bright future.

Objective: To contribute to the comprehensive education of 28 children, reinforcing their learning in reading comprehension, numeracy, and socio-emotional skills.

Methodology: Recreational, sports, and artistic activities that stimulate their curiosity and creativity.

Strategy: Individualized age-based groups (6-9 years and 10-12 years) to address their specific needs and support them with their schoolwork.

With spaces designed for dynamic learning and the support of trained staff, "Casitas" not only strengthens knowledge but also builds confidence and fosters essential values ​​for their future.
